This is probably the best time to visit the city of Bergen because of its low levels of precipitation which usually occurs round the year. Average day time temperatures during these months are 14 to 15°C whilst the temperatures at night lie between 9 to 10°C. Even though sunlight is a scarcity with the constant rains, the cloud cover provides its own charm.Although temperatures fluctuate between extremes throughout the year, Bergen can still be considered to be a sight for sore eyes at any point.
Since it shares close proximity to the North Pole in addition to being surrounded by mountains on three sides, Bergen does experience brutal winters. Temperatures during the day vary around the zero degree mark, whilst dropping down to minus conditions in the night. Also adding to this is the constant presence of rain.
