The finer archaeological remains and treasures are displayed in various galleries in this museum. It has a great collection of archaeological finds, some Buddhist sculptures and Jain sculptures as well. Copper plates, coins and donatives inscriptions from the medieval and from the times of Kalinga can be found here too. You can also find folk and traditional musical instruments, heavy jewelry, ancient weapons, tools and some photographs. The rare palm leaf manuscripts and a collection of antique paintings mark the highlight of the museum.
