Situated in Krakow, the Florian Gate is one of the most well-known examples of Gothic Towers in Poland and one of the most common tourist destinations. Constructed in the 14th century as a rectangular Gothic tower of “wild stone”, it was part of the city defenses against the attacks by the Turks.
