This ancient temple of Goa is another major attraction while touring the state. This is a structure that is housed in Goa long before the Portuguese invasion took place. Goddess Malalsa is worshipped in this temple. At the very entrance, a huge DiptaStambha comprised of five metals welcomes the tourists. Crafted back in the seventeenth century this Stambha flaunts exquisite carvings of wood. This showcases the talent of the ancient artisans and craftsmen.
