To be one on one with the most feared creatures on earth- the sharks, is something every adventure enthusiast must pray for. Well, a dive with these formidable but truly magnificent creatures is a possibility in South Africa, with cage diving at Gansbaai. Located around two to three hours of drive away from Cape Town, the region is well-known for its highest concentration of the Great White Sharks in the whole world. The activity takes you down into their territory, of course with you protected and completely safe in a galvanised cage layered with mesh for added safety. From inside your cage you can see these 3 metres long creature right up and close.
