About the park : Priyadarshini Park was created to blend together sports and nature, and though it was built by a private corporation rather than the government, it was a struggle to build. Now, it serves as a testament to the spirit of Mumbai, which is why it is very close to the hears of the Mumbaikars that visit daily to get their dose of fun in the sun.
Priyadarshini Park offers a range of activities that are conducted within its premises, including athletics, football, aerobics, kick boxing, yoga, CrossFit, tennis, and Krav Maga (Israeli Self Defence)
The park can be visited all through the year as the climate in Mumbai is moderate. Visiting the park during the summers might not be the best idea as it can get humid around noon, however, you can always visit during the evening.
The park opens from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and then from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There is no entry fee. .
The park is easy to access by all modes of public transport. One can hop aboard a local train, cab or bus to get there without any hassle. If you’re taking the local train, then you must get off at Grant Road station and then get a cab from there.
