For wildlife buffs, a visit to the nearby Rajaji National Park is a must. Known for its vast biodiversity, the park is located at the Shivalik mountain foothills and is spread across three districts in the state of Uttarakhand.

Known for harbouring a variety of endangered animals such as the snow leopard and the musk dear, the Valley of Flowers can be a nature lover’s delight. Also, lying in close proximity is the Nanda Devi National Park which is listed in the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserve.
