This memorial can be found on Buckle Street and it celebrates those citizens of New Zealand who fought in many different wars, including World War I and II, Vietnam War and even the South African war. You can't visit the Hall of Memories as it is currently being upgraded for more strength during the earthquakes. However, you can visit the foyer and the Tomb.
