Established in 1909 by the Sultan of Selangor, Masjid Jamek is one of the oldest and main mosques in Kuala Lumpur. You will see the Moorish, Islam and Magul influences in the architecture of the mosque. Some of the major tourist attractions like Little India and China Town are stone’s throw away from Masjid Jamek.
