The International Yoga Festival is a 7 day event which takes place every year in Uttarakhand. The main purpose of the festival is to propagate the importance of yoga. Uttarakhand is a very peaceful place and has the perfect setting for yoga, it is located in the Himalayas. All these points add up to provide the best yoga experience to the people in the land where yoga originated. Yoga is very important for everybody as it provides stability, balance, mental peace and increases your concentration.
