This is one of the oldest cultural complexes in India. Here you can experience various cultural forms of different local art and craft. This is a Gothic Victorian style marvel built in the colonial period of India near about 122 years back.  This complex is located on the Mall road and attracts a huge number of people every year from all nooks and corners of the world. It remains open from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
