Apart from Delhi’s Paharganj, Mcleodganj and now shut down a branch of Goa, Pushkar’s Chabad house is one of the well maintained Jewish community centres in India. The Chabad also works as a correctional centre for Israeli Youth and a large crowd visits this place on a daily basis.
Since Pushkar is a vegetarian town, community dining rituals only use a vegetarian meal. The committee running the place bakes their bread, challah, and cheese.
