This is home of Subramanya Bharathi who was more commonly referred to as Bharathiyar. He was a poet and a fugitive who had come from British India. However, after he moved here he had managed to compose some of his best compositions. For most of the Tamil people, this is a sacred place to visit and it is located at Number 20 on Eswaran Dharamaraja Koil Street.
