This orthodox landmark was built in the ostentatious Russian style of architecture. It was built in the 19th century and stands on top of the Toompea Hill. The locals of this place wanted to demolish the cathedral as it brought the memories of Russia along with it. Fortunately, this magnificent artifact stays amidst the city of Tallinn and has gained a place in the residents of the city.
