The temple is located in Nara and is an engineering marvel. It is the largest wooden building in the world and houses the largest bronze Buddha is the world. Since deer’s are considered messenger of Shinto Gods, there are allowed to roam freely on the temple grounds.

How to reach: The temple is at a 30-minute walking distance from Kintetsu Nara Station. Likewise, you can also take a bus from the station. Approx. Cost of the bus is INR 130 per person.
