Once again, this Museum needs no introduction. It's among the largest museums in the world and the most visited too. It has an impressive and huge art collection, nearly 35,000 objects dating back to the prehistoric era. These include ancient sculptures, old paintings, crown jewels, Egyptian antiques. The Museum opened its door in 1763 and has been a top tourist attraction since then.

How to reach: The museum is just 27 minutes from the international airport and can be reached by hopping on bus #69, #72 or RER C

Approximate Cost: Entry fee is approx. INR 690/- per person 

Operating hours: 9 am to 6 pm except on Wednesday’s and Fridays it closes at 10 pm 

Any precautions/ must carry items etc.: Cameras, water bottles, comfortable shoes, appropriate weather clothing.
