In fact when seasoned surfers aren't braving the waved in Australia or Hawaii they can be found on the southern coast of Japan batting the waves of the North Pacific Ocean. Unfortunately, due to industrialization there aren’t any many beached you can enjoy. If you want to visit beaches, you are going to have to travel away from the mainland to the island of Okinawa or the Ogasawara and Izu Island locates south of Tokyo.
