Queen Elizabeth Way Monument In Toronto

Also known as the Lion Monument, this landmark in Toronto was built in the year 1939 in the honor of Queen Elizabeth’s and king George VI’s visit. It consists of a column that has a crown on the top and there is also a lion at the base.
