Know The History Of Bali In The Bali Museum In Bali

The Bali provincial state museum is one of the oldest museums in Bali and has a display of over 10,000 items in the place. There is an amazing array of prehistoric artifacts and works of art and weaponry that will stun you. The museum is built in a traditional Balinese architecture and has royal pavilions with beautiful carvings. There are galleries filled with ceramics bearing ancient inscriptions including tools and bronze pieces. The northern royal pavilion is modeled on a Tabanan palace which gives a view of traditional textiles and masks used in the Balinese ceremonies and dance forms.
