  1. Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions and card membership fees will not be considered for this offer.
  2. Offer is not valid on cash withdrawal and loan products like, Cash-on-Call, Balance Transfer, Balance Transfer on EMI, Personal Loan on Credit Card, etc.
  3. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.
  4. This offer is non-convertible to either cash or alternate products, not extendable and non-negotiable.
  5. In case the Cardholder cancels any transaction/s due to which he/she has qualified for the offer, then the Cardholder is not eligible for the offer. For partial refunds in case customer's remaining balance does not qualify for the required benchmark amount then customer will no longer be eligible for the offer.
  6. Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
  7. If the Cardholder ceases to be the Cardholder/s at any time during the Program period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.
  8. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.
  9. Thomas Cook reserves the right to amend/ withdraw the offer anytime without prior intimation
  10. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if customers transaction fails due to technical issue.
  11. HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment and/or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
  12. All queries with regards to the Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 60 days from the offer fulfilment date – post which the Bank will not entertain any queries.
  13. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
  14. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
