  1. This offer is valid for Holiday bookings through Thomas Cook India under the LIVE IT UP - International Tour Packages category
  2. These short break / LIVE IT UP - International Tour Packages need to selected basis your preferred future travel date
  3. The offer is valid for booking till 30th June 2020, and travel dates till 31st December 2020
  4. This offer is valid only for short break / LIVE IT UP - International Tour Packages without flights
  5. The final confirmation voucher will be sent to you 24 hours before your check-in date
  6. Balance payment of the booking needs to be made 30 days prior to the departure
  7. This offer is not valid for for Christmas/New Year/blackout dates or any other dates where the destination has high season surcharges. Cancellation charges for such periods will be applicable as normal and will not fall under the Free Cancellation policy
  8. The final itinerary is subject to slight change/modification depending on the feasibility of the chosen travel dates
  9. Any increase in Govt. Taxes or hotel taxes will be charged extra while making your final payment
  10. Any legal disputes whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai

  14. You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before your travel date. Cancellation requests within 5 days of departure will not be accepted.

  16. If cancellation is made prior to 5 days from your date of travel, then the booking amount paid will be fully refunded to you

    17. Terms & Conditions - Free Date Change:
  17. You can request for a FREE change of your date 20 days prior to your original date of travel. Date change request within 20 days from your date of travel will not be accepted.
  18. We will be accepting a maximum of 2 such date change requests for your booking
