  • This campaign is valid from 6th August, 2018 to 25th August, 2018
  • To avail the offer, it is mandatory for the customer to share his/her personal details i.e. Name, Contact Number, Email ID.
  • The winner of this contest will be awarded a couple holiday on Thomas Cook holiday package, Simply Singapore 4 nights & 5 days.
  • Free holiday package includes your return airfare, airport transfer, accommodation & city tour
  • Any additional services requested will not be a part of this offer & will have to be borne by Pharmeasy winners themselves.
  • Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Thailand
  • Date of departure will be at the sole discretion of Thomas Cook. A maximum of 2 options will be provided for the same to the winners.
  • Booking would be confirmed subject to availability. Winner needs to travel on the available dates with Thomas Cook.
  • This Holiday voucher is non-transferable. Holidays once confirmed cannot be cancelled or deferred.
  • All other costs, including but not limited to other cost of travel, meals, taxes (including luxury tax where applicable), Visa and cost of using various services and facilities at the participating resorts/Hotel, will have to be borne by the bearer of this letter
  • Any additional services requested will not be a part of this offer & will have to be borne by Pharmeasy winners themselves.
  • The offer stands cancelled post 2 months from the date of announcement of the winner
  • Travel will have to commence on or before 30th September 2018.
  • This offer is not valid for employees of Pharmeasy & Thomas Cook
  • Pharmeasy shall have absolute and unflinching right and discretion to choose the finalists/winners of this contest and its decision will be final.
  • In no event shall TCIL be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising under this contest or otherwise.
  • By participating in the campaign Pharmeasy users agree to receive promotional calls, SMS, and Emails from Thomas Cook.
