3. Agasthyamala

4. Neyyar Dam & Wildlife Sanctuary

5. Vizhinjam
Vizhinjam, although located in extremely close proximity to Kovalam and Poovar, yet manages to remain distinct with its shipping ports and rock cave temples. Vizhinjam holds a major historical importance (exhibited through the prominence of its rock cave temples) as it used to be the capital of the Ay Dynasty. Further, this region continuously stood as the major conflict ground between the Cheras and Cholas, two of the most popular south Indian Dynasties.

6. Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple
Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple marks the pinnacle of historical-religious celebration in Kerala.
